After 18 years’ experience of the North London market, Jeremy started Jeremy Swan Ltd on Great Missenden High Street in 2006. Starting from a small office, the Company now has the largest property window in Great Missenden and his business has grown from strength to strength. Over the years Jeremy Swan Ltd has grown in size, against the national trend of a declining market.

Location

Located on Great Missenden High Street, our office is an iconic building that was once the subject of Roald Dahl’s book, Danny Champion of the World. Still with the original old petrol pumps outside, many local people know our office. With the largest property window in Great Missenden, all our window cards are printed in colour A3, enabling passers-by to clearly see what properties we have available. Our office is modern, with stone flooring, glass walls and desks, air conditioning and is perfect for the presentation of your property.

We have a popular brochure layout. Our neat black and white branding is uniform throughout the business from brochures, to boards, website and office. Printed in a landscape format making the best use of photography, floorplan and energy performance certificate. Please ask us for an example brochure.

Property stock

We hold one of the largest selections of properties available to buy locally. Many buyers like the fact that we don’t use industry standard computer software like so many of our competitors; rather we rely principally on keeping in touch with both buyers and sellers via the telephone. Because we have a good selection of local properties in all price sections, this attracts would-be buyers to register their details with us ready for future properties to become available. The valuation process

Please call us for a free no-obligation sales valuation. Verbally given, we endeavour to provide you with a range of figures from a suggested asking price to what you sensibly may be able to achieve. Supported with comparable sales that we have achieved in the local area, our expert local knowledge is essential when getting your house sale figure right.

Should you decide to not market your property fully, then we are able to just offer your property to an exclusive list of 'hot' buyers without going live on property websites etc.

Feedback

Keeping you in the loop as our client is one of the most important aspects of selling a house and vendor satisfaction. After each and every viewing of your property we will catch up with the viewer and should they not offer or make a second appointment to view, we will deliver back to you their feedback. We find this particularly useful to determine if there are common threads of negative feedback be it price, location or condition of your property. We will also keep in touch on a weekly basis to let you know what is happening with the sale of your property or what we are doing to further market your property. You will be kept fully informed throughout the whole process.

Sales progression

Once a buyer has been sought the next process that many sellers forget about is where our expert knowledge of house sales comes in. With a dedicated sales progressor in our office, we chase banks, building societies, surveyors and solicitors on your behalf ensuring that the legal part of your sale moves forward as smoothly as possible. There is no substitute for experience and we often end up doing the job of other less experienced agents within your chain. This is a commonly under estimated part of the Estate Agency process of which we are extremely good at doing.

Disbursements

Our standard sole agency and multiple fees include an in house colour brochure, photography, web presence, a for sale board, local newspaper advertising at our discretion, inclusion in our High Street window space and the overseeing and nurturing of your sale progression. We offer accompanied viewings as standard although some clients like to show their own property.

In addition there are other services that we can offer such as, premium Rightmove listing, floorplans, energy performance certificate, professional photography and professionally printed brochures; a list of which will be brought to you at the time of valuation.
