Jeremy Swan

Jeremy has over 30 years’ experience in the UK property market.  He began his Estate Agency career in 1988 in North London’s fast moving and competitive market – a fantastic training ground for the agility of mind needed in a successful agent.

After 18 years’ experience of the North London market, Jeremy relocated to the popular commuter village of Great Missenden nestled in the Chiltern Hills.  Great Missenden has the enviable status as the most affluent village in England and Jeremy swiftly established himself as an independent, trusted and expert local agent and has grown the team and office to having one of the largest board presence and window displays in the village, alongside tough competition from large-brand national agencies.

Jeremy is heavily involved with Propertymark, the leading membership body for property agents and he is part of Propertymark Inspire, a course for Directors of Estate Agents. Investing time in attending lectures, events and training allows Jeremy Swan Estate Agents to ensure we are up as up to speed as possible with compliance and the market.

Jeremy started Swan Drones in 2008 partly driven by an interest in technology but also from identifying its potentials in showcasing property (particularly large country houses of which Great Missenden has a plethora!). Lecturing all over the country for Propertymark, his experience with drone photography and video footage is vast and his work is embedded in his sales offer.

A keen fell-walker alongside office dog, Fleur, Jeremy is also passionate about the environment which influences his choices of suppliers and direction for the business.  Ask him about his outward-bound experience…
